With the advantage of our roll forming technology design ability, we just developed the TDC flange Roll-former machine to manufacture HVAC Duct stainless steel flanges. The stainless steel TDC flange size also can be from 15mm to 50mm, or other flange size for medium and large producers of square HVAC duct. Our Roll-former is consisted of vertical de-coiler, main roll former, saw cutter and auto run out table. the tracing cutter by servo driving system can be optional. The whole roll forming line can also be with glue-water injection device for the sealing mastic directly during the forming process.
